*Masks are Mandatory. No Exceptions


*Online screening will be sent to you via text message. Email results or take a screen shot and email to myserenityspa@hotmail.com for records. (This will be done at every appointment until further notice.)


*First Time Clients Only.....Fill out the 2 forms on the clip board closest to you in the mailbox when you arrive for sanitization reasons.


*Wait in your car until you receive a text to enter.


*Have your Mask on Prior to entering the spa.

*Hands will be Sanitized as you enter. No Exceptions.


*E-Transfers Only! Must be sent prior to leaving the spa or before entering to: myserenityspa@hotmail.com


*Spa allows only one person in the spa at a time unless you are from the same house hold to maintain social distancing and disinfection control.


*All surfaces are sanitized prior to the next client entering the spa

​Cancellation  Policies


During Covid 19 pandemic the cancellation portion of the policy will not apply. The cancellation policy will resume once screening is no longer.

24Hrs Cancellation Would Be Greatly Appreciated. 


We are committed to providing all clients with exceptional care. Less than a 24-hour notice prevents availability for both you and others. If you need to change/cancel your appointment, please call My Serenity Spa & Wellness at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.


Below will resume once screening is no longer.


*Less than a 24-hour notification will  result in a charge of 50% for the missed appointment. 

*No-shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. 


*15 minutes late may result to reschedule appointment  or reduced services pending availability. A 50% charge will apply if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
